It adopts a metal-reinforced suspension cable and a center tube filling type, along with an aluminum-polyethylene adhesive sheath in an 8-shaped self-supporting communication outdoor optical cable. The cable core is a central tube filled with the waterproof compound, and the loose sleeve is longitudinally wrapped with non-metallic glass fiber reinforced tape and a non-metallic suspension wire that is co-extruded with a polyethylene sheath to form the cable.
