Outdoor Aerial Armored Fiber Optic Cable with G652D GYXTW 2-12 Core
The fibers, with a diameter of 250μm, are placed in a loose tube fabricated from a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A layer of PSP is longitudinally wrapped around the tube. Between the PSP and the loose tube, water-blocking material is utilized to maintain the cable's compactness and watertightness. Two parallel steel wires are positioned on the two sides of the steel tape. The cable is finalized with a polyethylene (PE) sheath.
