GYDTA 12-Core FTTH Fiber Optic Cable with PE Sheath
The structure of the optical cable is to insert single-mode or multi-mode optical fiber tape into a loose tube made of high modulus plastic and filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforcing part. For some optical cables with certain core numbers, a polyethylene pad layer is extruded outside the metal central reinforcing part. Loose tubes (and filling ropes) are twisted around the central reinforcing member to form a compact and round cable core. The gaps inside the cable core are filled with water-blocking compound, and an aluminum-polyethylene bonded sheath is extruded outside to form the cable.
pipeline, non-self-supporting overhead, etc.
It is suitable for long-distance communication and inter-office communication, etc., and is mainly used for wiring in the main trunk loop.
YD/T 981.3-2009 optical fiber tape cable for access network: loose-sheathed stranded type.
- Reasonable design and precise control of the excess length of the optical fiber band in the loose sleeve and the cabling method endow the optical cable with excellent mechanical and environmental performance;
- The outside of the reinforcing parts and the inside of the cable core are filled with water-blocking cable paste, ensuring the moisture-proof and water-blocking effects of the optical cable.
- The optical cable has excellent flexibility and resistance to bending.
- The longitudinal wrapping of the cable core with aluminum strips makes the moisture-proof effect of the optical cable more excellent.
- Ribbon optical fibers significantly increase the density of optical fibers and the amount of fiber installed in optical cables. They are convenient to lead out in the middle of the fiber band, easy to connect, convenient to clean, and have low installation costs.
