Introduction

 
 Paper Egg Tray Making Machine, which uses waste paper, cardboard, leftover material of paper mill, by hydraulic pulper, mix making a certain dense pulp, and pulp is absorbed by vacuum of special metal molding to become wet products, through drying , and shaping to become finished products.
 
The raw materials are mainly from various pulp boards such as reed pulp, straw pulp, slurry, bamboo pulp and wood pulp, and waste paperboard, waste paper box paper, waste white paper, paper mill tail pulp waste, etc. Waste paper, widely sourced and easy to collect. The required operator is 5 people/class: 1 person in the pulping area, 1 person in the molding area, 2 people in the cart, and 1 person in the package.

Production process

 
Paper pulp molding egg tray production line is comprised by 3 systems as pulping system, forming system and drying system.
 

1. Pulping System

 
It includes raw paper smashing, impurities removing, pulp defibering, additives, pulp further grinding,
Pulp blending, pulp supplying etc.
Related machines: Hydrapulper, (vibration screen, pulp machine),agitator, pulp pump, pipe and so on.
 

2. Forming System

 
The forming system is the process to produce the wet egg tray by forming machine.
The whole process includes the forming machine, moulds, vacuum pump, air compressor, air tank and so on.
 
Forming machine is one of the main equipment of the whole egg tray (box) production line. Its function is to produce the wet egg trays. So it is the important supporter for the line. Only under the forming machine’s co-working, the molds, the negative pressure control, the positive pressure control can realize their functions.
 

3.Dryer:

 
The drying system is the third section of the egg tray production line. Generally, the wet trays moisture content is 70%. So drying system is required for drying the wet trays.

Paper pulp molding molds

 
The molds are the spirit part of the paper pulp molding production line.
The forming molds is the molds which to transform the fiber pulp into the wet trays.
The forming molds are including forming and transferring 2 different type molds.
The materials for the forming molds are copper, aluminum, plastic and aluminum-plastic composite materials and so on.
