Machine introduction

Paper Egg Tray Machine is used to process raw material waste paper into egg tray/carton/box, bottle holder, fruit tray and shoe cover etc. Whole production will be finished by one production line. In this production line, their main engine has three types: reciprocating type, Tumblet Type and rotation typewhich working method is different. Usually rotation type machine capacity is bigger.

Process details

Pulping system: Hydrapulper ,Pulp pump ,Air compressor,agitator,Self priming pump,pulping machine.
Forming system: Full automatic egg tray forming machine, Vacuum pump , High pressure washer, Negative pressure tank , mould, Transfer mould, baler .
Drying system: There are 2 kinds of drying system. One is metal, the other is brick. The conveyor plate
can be one layer and multi-layer, direct combustion hot air circulation. Using the imported or joint venture brand burner (domestic uses the stove bar), equipped with an automatic control cabinet.

Note: The country with very high-temperature can choose the natural drying method, no need for the drying system. This way can reduce the cost.

Working principle of egg tray forming machine:

Water paper and water added into the pulper, then delivered to the slurry storage tank, using blender to stirring pulp uniform and delivered to the slurry tank, stirring the pulp to a certain concentration delivered to the molding machine, producing the egg tray, then transport to the drying hole by conveyor belt, after the egg tray drying, finally closed care and package it.

Stacking system

The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying
