1. Introduction

The light emitted by UVLED light source forms a point, which is called point light source. UV LED point light source uses a single LED chip to emit dot light spots, and different light spots of different wavebands (365nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm) can be selected according to needs (Ø3, Ø 4, Ø 5, Ø 6, Ø 8, Ø 10, Ø 12, Ø 15) to meet the needs of different UV glues, UV inks, UV varnish, UV paints, UV adhesives and other materials.

2. Introduction to 4-channel point light controller

Stable illumination: temperature sensor is built in the LED light head, with unique feedback.

The system can realize stable irradiation output corresponding to 4 optical heads: the irradiation power and time can be set respectively for each LED optical head, and the UV irradiation can be controlled independently or in linkage.

Mechanical dimension: width 80, height 125, depth 146mm

External control: It can be controlled by foot switch, controller panel button and computer RS232 interface.

Step mode: Each LED light head can achieve 16 steps of step mode illumination.

Pulse mode: the unique control system can be used to set pulse mode irradiation.

Life record: It can record the service life of each LED light head.

LED light head cable selection: Japan Sun Corporation robot bending resistant cable.

Power supply: external adapter (100~240V).

Power consumption: less than 50VA; Low power drive.
