CNC Automatic Mill Grinding Machine

This machine is suitable for cylindrical milling and grinding of glass parts to meet the requirements of size and appearance.

1) Both X and Y axes use precision linear slides to ensure smooth and uniform operation and high processing quality;

2) According to the part material and machining allowance, select the appropriate machining parameters;

3) Using the yaw angle of the grinding wheel, the required cylindrical surface can be easily milled;

4) Equipped with a 7" touch screen, all parameters and buttons can be set, checked and eliminated through the screen;

5) The cast iron base of the whole machine, the mating surface is scraped and ground, the structure design is reasonable, and it has the characteristics of precision, stability and high efficiency;

6) The appearance of the whole machine is sprayed with silver hammer paint, which has a stable feeling.

1) The movement of X and Y axes is controlled by servo drive;

2) The grinding wheel is driven by motor and belt;

3) External common buttons for easy adjustment;

4) The touch screen parameter setting is intuitive and clear, and it is not easy to misuse;

5) There are fine-tuning devices on the upper and lower and front and rear of the workpiece to ensure that there will be no eccentricity and taper;

6) Install a fixed protective cover on each transmission part;

7) Safety switches and safety locks are installed on each box cover;
