1. You can start by filling out the quotation form on our website. We encourage all quotation seekers to be as descriptive as they would like so we can gauge an accurate price for your wholesale Custom Cosmetic Boxes. By speaking to them about your packaging needs and giving them the required information (box style, dimensions, printing requirements and quantity) they will be able to provide you with a quote for your bespoke boxes.

2. The requirements for your boxes are then passed on to the estimation department that gauges the correct price. A representative then contacts you with the quotation.

3. Should you decide to proceed, we then offer you a die-cut template for your boxes so you can provide us with the artwork that will need to be printed. Do not have your artwork ready? Do not fret as for our customer’s convenience we offer free design service as well!

4. Once the payment for the boxes has been made, we will share a digital and 3D mockup of the boxes for your approval. Please feel free to have any amendments made at this point.

5. Once the approval for the artwork has been given, we will now move onto the production aspect. The turnaround time starts from the date of artwork approval i.e. 10-15 business days. Throughout the process your account handler will keep you updated with the progress of your packages.

6. Once the boxes have been manufactured they will be shipped to the given address directly from the production facility. A tracking code will be given to you upon generation. The delivery of your custom cosmetic boxes with logo will take around 4-5 business days.
