5.Power Frequency voltage applied continuously between the terminals of the arrester not exceeding its continuous operating voltage;
6.Earthquake intensity:8 degree and below;
10.Maximal wind velocity not exceeding 35m/s. Please indicate in the contract,at exceptionally movement condition.
