Product introduction:
Polymer-housed metal oxide surge arrester (MOA) combines advantages of organic insulation material and porcelain-housed MOA. Lightning Surge Arrester is of good electrical performance, high dielectric strength, resistance to high/low-temperature, to aging, as well as explosion-proof, excellent chemical stability, and hydrophobicity. Polymer housing is made of high-quality silicone rubber, formed by integral moulding and curing process which benefites sealing performance, service life and lead time.
Metal oxide varistors are wrapped and fixed by PBT, after that a varistor rod shall be processed by vulcanizing machine into a completed surge arrester. This kind of uniq technics greatly improves SA electricl performance and shorten production time.
