Transmission Polymer Gapless Surge Arrester
Product introduction:
Polymer-housed metal oxide surge arrester (MOA) combines advantages of organic insulation material and porcelain-housed MOA. It is of good electrical performance, high dielectric strength, resistance to high/low-temperature, to aging, as well as explosion-proof, excellent chemical stability, and hydrophobicity. Polymer housing is made of high-quality silicone rubber, formed by integral moulding and curing process which benefites sealing performance, service life and lead time.
Metal oxide varistors are wrapped and fixed by PBT, after that a varistor rod shall be processed by vulcanizing machine into a completed surge arrester. This kind of uniq technics greatly improves SA electricl performance and shorten production time.
Shendian takes lead of SA in China, its product is widely used in State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) and China Southern Power Grid (CSG), among them including many extraordinary projects: (1) 1,000kV UHV Southeast Shanxi Substation of 1,000kV Southeast Shanxi - Nanyang - Jingmen UHVAC Pilot Demonstration Project, (2) Extension Works of 1,000kV Nanyang Switching Station of 1,000kV Southeast Shanxi - Nanyang - Jingmen UHV AC Pilot Demonstration Project, (3) South Hami Converter Station of ±800kV Hami- Zhengzhou UHVDC Electricity Transmission Project, (4) 750kV Qinghai Qaidam Substation and 500kV Baoji - Deyang DC Electricity Transmission Project, as well as (5) DC Project of 500kV Hechi Substation of CSG, (6) DC Project of 500kV Anshun Substation of Guizhou Power Grid Company and 330kV Sanxing Substation in Xi'an High-tech Zone.
