Knitted Wire Mesh Introduction
Stainless Steel Knitted Wire Mesh is produced by knitting machines, similar to jumpers and scarves machine, use stainlesss steel wire as raw material, knitting monofilament or multifilament wire into a tubular form. Then the wire mesh be flattened to mesh rolls, and can be also supplied in corrugated (crimped) form.
The final knitted mesh is in the structure of inter-connecting loops, and it similar to a long knit sock. We can produce multi-filament, co-knit and multi-strand knitted wire meshes.
Materials:
200 series: Grade 201, Grade 202;
300 series: Grade 304, Grade 316, Grade 321;
400 series: Grade 410, Grade 420, Grade 430.
SS304 and SS316 are standard material.
Specifications:
Opening Sizes: from 1mm x 1mm to 10mm x 10mm.
Wire Diameters: from 0.1mm to 0.45mm.
Roll Width: 40mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400, 500 mm, 600mm, etc.
Roll Length: 15m, 30m, 50m to 200m.
