Lock Crimped Wire Mesh Introduction:
The Lock Crimp Mesh is produced via thepre-crimp technique. The warp and Shute wires are both crimped at their pointsof intersection and ensures that there is no wire movement in the mesh. Thismakes the lock crimp wire cloth a very hearty stainless steel screen mesh.
Weaving Patterns: Weaving after crimping. This kind of wire mesh is identified from a wire crimped only in the points of intersection, before weaving. Crimped wire mesh is only made on request and the wire used may be round or square.
Aperture width: 10 - 120 mm in the case of multi-notch meshes and
4 - 40 mm in the case of single-notch meshes.
Wire diameter: 1.0 - 5.5 mm
Mesh width: up to 2000 mm
Material:
High tensile screen cloth is commonly used in heavy duty applications forscalping and sizing of rocks,aggregates,limestone,etc.
They are weaved in sizes to suite most vibrating screens and available in:
* High Tensile Steel---Abrasion resistance
* Stainless Steel---Corrosion resistance
* Monel,Brass,etc---General applications
