Slot hole crimped wire mesh/screen is produced on looms as screen panels, it is a special style hat the warp wire and weft wire are pre crimped by different weaving process before weaving, that create a rectangular hole and ensure maximum open areas. Crimped wire mesh are most widely used in the agricultural and construction industries.
Material:
Standard materials of flat top crimped wire mesh are low/mild/high carbon steel and stainless steel 201, 202, 304, 316, 321, 410, 430.
Besides above following material available:
Copper: brass, pure copper, phosphor bronze
Aluminum: 1050, 1060, 1100, 5052, 5056
Nickel: pure nickel, nickel alloy, monel
