Plain Crimped Wire Mesh Introduction

Plain crimped wire mesh/screen is produced in plain crimped weave, opening is square or rectangular hole. The wire mesh is manufactured by weaving machines, both of the warp wire and weft wire are mildly crimped by weaving process before the wire mesh is woven.

Plain crimped weave is the most commonly type of pre-crimped weave, it is a simple style of crimping in which warp wire and weft wire intersect at every crimps or corrugations. This type of crimped weave is mainly with lighter wires to ensure tension in a light screen.
