Knitted wire fabric is a wire fabric, which is made by a circular knitted machine. The various knitted material wires are knitted into a sleeve of continuous stocking of inter-linked wire loops. The aluminum knitted mesh fabric materials we use pure aluminum wire and alloy aluminum wire, with light weight features.

Knitted mesh fabric is normally knitted from round wires ranging from various diameters. The round wire knitted mesh fabric is the most widely used type and the flat wire knitted mesh fabric can be used in the special applications according to customers' requirements.

We produce aluminum knitted wire mesh in the standard specifications, opening sizes range from 3 mm x 3 mm to 10 mm x 10 mm, while wire diameter ranges from 0.10 mm to 0.30 mm, and the manufactured width is between 100 mm and 500 mm. The standard wire materials are Grade 5056 aluminum alloy.

In the EMI & RFI shielding applications, for elastomer cores and cable wrap;

In the aerospace applications, for a part of the aircraft under wing door panel as a seal;

In the filtration & separation applications, for the screen of the demister pads and range hood screen.
