Brass/ Copper Expanded Metal Mesh Introduction:

Copper or brass expanded metal mesh is produced by slitting and stretching a single metal sheet to form various opening shapes. There are two styles of standard and flattened. Flattened expanded metal mesh based on standard metal mesh undergoes an additional cold rolling process, creating a smoother surface. There's no wastes in producing them. Materials can be aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel with copper or brass coating. Expanded copper or brass mesh can be used for chimney caps, crafts of art and filters. It can be used for decoration as interior and exterior wall decoration, ceilings, curtains popularly. Standard Expanded: Standard diamond hole expanded metal is directly slit and stretched by punching machines without any other processing.The strand width and bond come into an angle with the plate surface. This kind of structure increase the strength and hardness of expanded metal, it also brings better anti-slipping and reinforcing performance.

Flatterned Expanded: Flattened diamond hole expanded metal is formed by flattening process based on standard expanded metal. Its strand width and bond are in the same horizontal plane with plate surface. Compared with standard expanded metal, the plate thickness will be thinner and opening will be larger.
