Sintered mesh filter introduction:
Sintered mesh filter disc is single or multiple layers of diffusion-bonded woven wire mesh laminates. Through precision sintering and calendaring, filter disc is equipped with several important properties for better filtration. The prominent features will be mechanical strength, stable mesh aperture and low-pressure drop. Sintered filter disc is designed to provide economical filtration media to critical areas such as hydraulic, valve, pump, servo and other applications.
Our R&D team has been always developing new filtration media model to the market to better solve customers' filtration troubles. Apart from common flat filter discs, pleated filter discs are getting popular. Pleated sintered mesh filter discs provides much more filtration area than typical flat filter discs.
