Food Pure Aluminum Composite Bag Size Can Be Customized Without Printing

The composite bag is made of polyester, nylon, aluminum foil and special polyolefin and other film adhesives through a dry composite process to make a composite film, which is then matured, slit, and made into a cooking bag. After packaging the food, the composite bag must be subjected to a high-temperature sterilization treatment at 121-135 ℃ for 30-40 min. Not only the film used for bag making must be resistant to high temperature, but also the adhesive used to bond the film must be resistant to high temperature. Otherwise, the adhesive strength between the films will drop and delamination will easily occur after cooking. At present, the adhesives mainly used for retort pouch composites on the market are mainly imported products. A 135 ℃ high temperature resistant adhesive for cooking bags has recently been developed by the Research Institute of Chemical Industry. After several compound tests on the machine, its cooking resistance, content resistance, and hygiene and safety meet the requirements of domestic manufacturers.

● The aluminum foil bag has good sealing performance and good barrier properties. The number of small holes in the aluminum foil should be small. However, if it has small holes, its barrier properties will be greatly compromised. Gas and light will penetrate directly and quickly, and the product will deteriorate and be damaged.

● The aluminum foil bag is food-safe, with high surface cleanliness, no oil and dust, and strong surface tension. A simple method is that the distilled water should be fully moisturized on the outside of the aluminum foil bag. If the surface of the aluminum foil is severely oily, it will affect the composite fastness of the aluminum foil and other materials, especially after the packaging bag is steamed at a high temperature, delamination and peeling will occur.

● The aluminum foil material is soft and easy to crack. It must have good resistance. The aluminum foil should be stored in a dry state and not left for too long. It should be used as soon as possible to avoid moisture absorption and oxidation of the aluminum foil.

It has excellent moisture barrier, gas barrier and light-proof properties, and is completely impermeable to moisture, air, and light.
