Woven wire mesh (or woven wire cloth) is machine-woven using a process similar to textile weaving, but with metal wires. Available in various weave styles, this product offers reliable performance in complex application environments. While high-precision manufacturing increases production costs, it results in a product with exceptionally wide utility.

Standard materials include 304 and 316 stainless steel wire mesh (most popular for their balance of performance and cost), along with 310, 904L, and 430 stainless steel grades. For extreme environments, we offer special materials:

• Plain Weave: The most basic weave type where warp and weft wires alternate in a simple criss-cross pattern, creating a uniform mesh structure.
• Twill Weave: Features a diagonal pattern created by weft wires floating over multiple warp wires in a staggered progression, offering greater strength and flexibility.
• Plain Dutch Weave: Similar to plain weave but with different wire diameters and mesh sizes for warp and weft wires, providing finer filtration capabilities.
• Twill Dutch Weave: Combines the diagonal pattern of twill weave with different wire diameters for enhanced filtration performance.
• Reversed Dutch Weave: Features thicker warp wires and fewer weft wires compared to standard Dutch weave, offering unique filtration characteristics.
