Wedge wire filter, also called wedge wire strainer or wedge screen filter, is composed of wedge wires and support bars. This durable construction prevents deformation during extended use, thanks to our mature wedge wire filter processing technology.

The profile wires of wedge screen filter are typically wedge or triangle wire, while support bars can be triangle wire, round wire, flat wire or wedge wire. The design features an inwardly expanding V-shaped groove to minimize clogging from solid particles.
