Product Description
Galvanized expanded metal lath (also known as stucco mesh or plaster mesh) is made from coils of sheet steel, slit and expanded into a herringbone pattern with metal ribs running approximately every 3 inches along the sheet's length.
This product provides an excellent plaster base, typically applied to substrates using staples, nails, screws, or tie wires. The permanent pleat holds the plate about 1/4 inch away from solid surfaces, creating a solid, flat plaster application that resists cracking.
