The Johnson Wedge Wire Slot Bend Screen is a specialized filtration and screening solution designed for high-efficiency liquid-solid separation in demanding industrial applications. Unlike traditional woven wire mesh, this screen is constructed using wedge-shaped wires welded onto support rods, forming precise, uniform slots that prevent clogging while maintaining high flow rates.

Compared with flat screens, bending wedge wire screens generate greater forces when materials flow against the curved surface, resulting in higher filtering efficiency and capacity. The continuous slot design further improves filtering performance.
We wrap and weld stainless steel V-shaped profile wire and support wire together. Then, we cut these mesh panels into common arcs such as 45° and 60°, and weld stainless steel frames for easy installation on the equipment.
