Block Mesh Introduction: 

The brick mesh is galvanised or stainless steel mesh for use primarily as anti-cracking reinforcement or brick reinforcing. Galvanized coil mesh is available in a variety of width (50-250mm). This reinforcing plaster mesh could suit most wall constructions. It is supplied coilded for ease of handling. The additional application of Brick mesh include strengthening cornices, low walls and balconies over door and window openings.

Brickwork Reinforcement Mesh are produced for brick and block work reinforcement.The popular thickness is 0.35mm. We can producethe length from 1m-100m. Their primary usage is to prevent cracking, embedded in the normal thickness of a brickwork joint, brick reinforcement meshes reduce the detrimental effects of vibration and changes of temperature. Brick reinforcement meshes increase resistance to tensional stress.

Block Mesh Installation: 

The coil mesh is laid in strips between brick or block courses leaving approximately 25mm

clearance from the facesof the work. Where coil mesh joins are required, ensure they overlap

by at least 75mm.The reinforcement is then simply embedded in the mortar for the next course.
