Chemical composition of 65 manganese steel: C: 0.65 % Si:0.26% Mn: 1.10% P:0.019% S:0.002% Cr:0.02%Ni:0.01% Cu:0.01%(The composition of steel in each furnace is different.)
The specifications of ordinary wire woven mesh can be 1.6mm-20mm, among which 1.6-4mm can be generally made into rolls.Manganese wire woven mesh is generally 4-12mm.12mm-- 20mm generally for thick wire.
The screen of manganese steel mine adopts embedded weaving method, the overlap of longitude and latitude is not prominent, the surface is flat and the force is even.The hardness is HB180-230, with good plasticity and toughness.When subjected to strong impact and friction, the surface produces strong work hardening due to plastic deformation, and the surface hardness can be increased to HRC60 or above, so as to obtain high wear resistance, while the interior still maintains high plasticity and toughness.When the old surface wears away, the new surface will form a layer of wear resistance, durable and long life.
