HRTS-150 color touch screen digital display Rockwell hardness tester is our new generation of high-tech products with multi-function, high precision and stable performance. Its appearance is novel, the shell adopts integrated casting, and its stability is high. Its touch screen interface is menu-oriented. The operation is simple, intuitive and convenient. The measuring device adopts grating sensor and computer control, and the hardness value is directly displayed on the LCD screen. It is a mechatronics hardness tester. Various hardness parameters can be automatically converted to each other, and the minimum thickness of the test piece can be identified. When testing the cylinder, the correction amount can be automatically added. Built-in printer to read relevant test results. Automatic operation is realized, and human operation and reading errors are eliminated! At the same time, the machine is also equipped with an emergency stop device, which is safer to use!
Main function and features:
1. Directly display the test hardness value, conversion value, maximum value, minimum value, average value, etc. through the 5.6-inch LCD touch screen;
2. The hardness value error can be adjusted electronically through the built-in system, and the adjustment range is between 95%-105%.
3. The shell is made of one-time molding and casting by a special sand-finding process, the structure is stable and does not deform, and can work in a relatively harsh environment; the car paint has high grades, strong scratch resistance, and it is still bright as new after years of use;
4. When testing the cylinder, the correction amount can be automatically added.
5. We have the ability to develop, design, produce and process by ourselves, and provide parts replacement and maintenance upgrade services for the machine for life;
