Brief Introduction

DAXAN now can provide our customer intermittent catheter in 3 different packing materials: 

• Ready-To-Use catheter: aluminium foil package
• PE/PET(double plastic) package
• Paper-ploly pouch(blister) package

Generally, PE/PET package the following features:

• Much stronger. PE/PET film has better elastic performance.
• No leakage will happen.
• Easy to peel off for convenient using.
• Can adapt to a variety of packaging design.
• Packaging cost lower than aluminium packing.

Cautions:

1)  Clinical medical and nursing staff should be special trained and be told the potential dangers of veni puncture. And choosing aseptic technique. Sterilizing skin correctly and keeping access site clean;
2)  To each patient, one should comply with regulations of comprehensive protection;
3)  The used product shall be disposed according to local regulation.
4)  The device is sterilized by gamma radiation, and for one time use only.

- Solvent Based Hydrophilic Coating

- Water Based Hydrophilic Coating
Solvent based hydrophilic coating is our major coating product.It has excellent and durable adherencewith varioussubstrates, from normal materials, such as PVC,TPU, latex, metal, Pebax, to the specialmaterials which are difficult to be adhered, such as silicone rubber, PE, PP, and PTFE.
Meanwhile, water based hydrophilic coating is developed so as to deal with the materials which
demand high transparency and can easily be eroded by solvent, such as PC, S and PMMA.The coatingalso has good adherence with many substrates and is more environment-friendly.
