High Purity Metallized Alumina Ceramic / High Voltage DC Contactor
1. Description:
High Purity Metallized Alumina Ceramic / High Voltage DC Contactor is made of high purity alumina and have good flexural strength , low thermal conductivity and good thermal shock resistance.
Metallization for ceramics has two main components. It consists of galss (manganese (Mn)) and metal particles (molybdenum (Mo)) .Where the glass connects to the ceramic and the metal particles connect to the metal component via the solder. Antaeus manufactures its own metallizing paste for this purpose.This is e.g. by means of screen printing on the unglazed ceramic (layer thickness at least 5 microns) applied.
