2. high quality panel: 1220 * 2420 * 9mm, 3.8kg/sheet
3. smooth panel: 1220 * 2420 * 9mm, 5 kg/sheet
4. thick smooth panel: 1220*2420*12mm, 5kg/sheet

Different colors of polyester fibers are been opened and mixed by opening machine and mixing machine by certain percentage. Then the mixed materials will be carded by carding machine and fold into many layers by cross lapper, after needle punching machine and thermal bonding oven, the fiber web will be bonded togenther and are made into felt.

The seller is responsible for installation and debugging. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip airplane tickets, accommodation, medical treatment, safety and relative fees. In addition the buyers should assign translator, workers, electrical cable (from machines to control panel and from power to control panel) and tools for installation to cooperate with the work. Installation cost is USD200/Day/engineer and totally installation period is about 30-35 days depending on well cooperation of the buyer.

Remarks: The buyer is responsible for the installation and the seller provides on-line support. If the buyer requests for engineer to go for installation. All the expenses including salary, hotels, daily meals and COVID testing during the quarantine period in customer’s country and back to China will be taken by the buyer.
