a) Raw material control
At our local area,there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them.We have large and stable purchase quantity from them.Each bike parts they arranged a person who only responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality.
b) Workshop
we have built 8pcs assemble line.All our workers are professional enough to assemble nice quality bike in short time.
c) Quality Control
Before putting our bike into box.Three workers check whether the size,color and features comply with our customer.
Two workers check the cover protection on bike to insure good condition packaging.
d) Quality complains
If any customers make quality complains,we'll foward to our service team.They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production,purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours. and will response in 48 hours with feedbacks and solution.
