The plating machine is also called roughening electrolytic machine. This equipment uses electrolysis to convert the trivalent chromium ions in the roughening solution into hexavalent chromium when used in plastic plating roughening solution, effectively reduce the concentration of trivalent chromium, and realize the regeneration of roughening solution; When used in chrome plating solution, impurity cations such as iron ions, copper ions, zinc ions, etc. enter the cylinder (cathode area) through the capillary pores of the ceramic diaphragm cell, thereby removing impurities, and can also transform the trivalent chromium ions in the chrome plating solution into hexavalent chromium, which reduces the concentration of trivalent chromium so that the chromium plating solution will not be scrapped.
