Titanium rod filter uses titanium powder sintered filter element, which is generally used for coarse filtration or intermediate filtration.This filter element has the advantages of high precision, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. The housing material is 316L or 304 stainless steel. Comply with GMP standards.
Features and benefits of Titanium Rod Filter:
1. This machine adopts titanium welding to form the barrel body, equipped with PVDF pump, therefore, there is no leakage absolutely. Filter cartridge adopts high temperature porcelain material with the quality of acid, alkaline and high temperature resistance,repeated use and long lifetime .
2. The waste of roughening liquid and environmental pollution caused by long term accumulation of organics are solved after many year and the roughening liquid can be in long term circulation.
