Introduction:
Efficiently manage pig house manure with our innovative blister system, which quickly and conveniently discharges waste into a pre-buried piping system leading to the septic tank. The system comprises of specially designed PVC pipe fittings, universal PVC fittings, and PVC pipes for optimal performance.
Our blowdown valve, made from high-density polyethylene material and equipped with a rubber ring, ensures optimal containment and minimal leakage. The valve is mounted on a bracket within the fitting, providing a secure and stable connection. Currently, the system is available in international standard pipe diameters of 200mm, 250mm, and 315mm, offering flexibility and compatibility with a range of setups.

The Blister Fecal System is a highly effective sealing solution that creates a natural vacuum when the sewage valve is pulled up, facilitating rapid and efficient flow of manure to the septic tank. For optimal performance, we recommend a pipeline inclination of 5% during construction.
When installing the system, it's important to ensure that the pig house septic tank is at a height of 40-60cm, and that the collection pool is 10cm high. The direct thrust system, which runs from the first stage of the tee pipe fittings to the septic tank, should be inclined at 5mm per meter for optimal results.
To avoid the risk of sewage leakage and backflow caused by air entering the sewage system, it's crucial to install exhaust valves at both ends of the system. This precautionary measure helps to maintain a consistent flow of manure and prevent potential issues.
