High Efficiency 100mm-1200mm Diameter Split LBS Grooved Winch Drum Sleeves
The way to save money is to use a smooth druml and an outer bushing with a groove for the line, cut the bushing horizontally in two parts and bolt or weld it to or weld it to the smooth drum. If a different type or specification of wire rope is used in the future, the bushing can be removed and replaced with a bushing designed for the new wire rope.
The lebus groove system ensures that the multi-layer winding wire rope on the reel is completely smooth into and out of the drum, and can greatly prolong the life of the wire rope. This system is still the most effective and perfect method. Tests have shown that the Lebus druml can extend the wire rope with a rope groove matching the specifications of the wire rope.
