1. Product Description

This winch drum adopts the Lebus parallel grooving structure, designed for 10 mm diameter wire rope with a theoretical rope capacity of 100 meters. The drum barrel, left and right end flanges and webs are all fabricated from high-strength Q355B structural steel. The barrel is machined with left-hand 65° grooves to enable orderly multi-layer winding of wire rope and prevent rope biting, squeezing and messy winding. The flanges on both sides are equipped with climbing platforms, and matched rope clamping blocks for reliable fixing of wire rope ends. All welds are smooth with internal welding slag removed, free of blowholes and slag inclusions, meeting the requirements of high-intensity continuous operation for lifting and offshore winches.
