Advantages :
LEBUS drum has a special key, is designed at the bottom of the reel end flange (end insert) and extension pieces, they guide the wire rope from the first layer to the second layer smoothly.
The lebus groove makes the load evenly distributed between layers, and the practice proves that the service life of the wire rope is greatly prolonged. In fact, the test surface can extend wire rope life by more than 500%. Reducing wire rope damage increases safety and reduces machine downtime.
Processing type :
The groove is cut directly into the body of the drum.(according to customer‘s requirements.

Lebus drum is a kind of groove form suitable for multi-layer winding of wire rope introduced from abroad. Because this kind of rope groove is kept parallel with the flange end face in most sections of the drum circumferential direction, and only intersects with the flange end face in a very small section, the rope groove must be turned, hence the name "folding rope groove".
Years of practical use show that this kind of special rope groove structure of the drum, can well solve the problem of wire rope multi-layer winding rope about double folded cord slot system, to ensure that the multilayer on the drum winding rope fully involved in and roll out the reel smoothly, and can greatly prolong the service life of wire rope, the system is still the most effective method and the most perfect. Tests have shown that the Lebus drum can prolong the life of the wire rope by more than 500% with the rope groove matching the specifications of the wire rope.
