1. Basic concepts

The high-inclination corrugated side wall belt is composed of three parts: the base belt, the side wall and the diaphragm. The ribs act to prevent the material from sliding and falling. In order to easily go around the drum, the ribs are designed in a corrugated shape; the transverse partitions are used to support the material. In order to realize the transportation at a large inclination, the T-type TC type is adopted. Ribs and diaphragms are connected to the baseband by post-vulcanization method with high connection strength.

2. Varieties and specifications

Varieties of corrugated sidewall conveyor belts (ordinary large-inclination corrugated sidewall conveyor belts): According to the different rubber coating properties, they can be divided into ordinary type, heat-resistant type, flame-retardant type, cold-resistant type, acid and alkali resistant type, and oil-resistant type.
Specifications of corrugated ribbed belt (ordinary high-inclination corrugated ribbed belt):

(2) Bandwidth: 100mm-2400mm
(3) Fabric layer: 2-10 layers
(4) Covering rubber: working surface: 1.5-8mm non-working surface: 0mm-4.5mm
