Basic Concepts
The large inclination corrugated sidewall belt consists of three main components: base belt, sidewall, and diaphragm. The ribs prevent material slippage and falling, while the corrugated design facilitates smooth movement around drums. Transversal partitions support the material during transport. For large inclination applications, T-type TC configurations are employed. Ribs and diaphragms are connected to the base belt through secondary vulcanization, ensuring high connection strength.
