The rubber cover of the PVC conveyor belt is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and its structure consists of polyester fabric plies and polyvinyl chloride adhesive. Its operating temperature typically ranges from -10°C to +80°C, and it generally adopts an international toothed joint, featuring excellent lateral stability and suitable for conveying operations in various complex working conditions.

• Roller friction: the surface temperature of the roller is not more than 325°C
• Blowtorch burning: the average flame time of the full-thickness test piece torch shall not exceed 3.0S, and the average shall not exceed 5.0S when removing the covering layer
• Propane burning: non-destructive length greater than 250mm
