GB/T7984 300mm-3000mm Conveyor Rubber Belt Anti Sticking
Ordinary conveyor belts, commonly referred to as cotton canvas conveyor belts, are designed for short-distance transportation of materials under medium load conditions. They feature relatively low tensile strength and limited load-bearing capacity.
Specifications and Models
Ordinary conveyor belts are divided into many specifications and models according to the use environment and requirements:
- By transportation capacity: B300, B400, B500, B600, B650, B800, B1000, B1200, B1400, B1600, B1800, B2000 and other commonly used models (B stands for width, in millimeters)
- By use environment: Heat-resistant conveyor belt, cold-resistant conveyor belt, acid and alkali resistant conveyor belt, oil-resistant conveyor belt, food conveyor belt and other models
Minimum thickness specifications:
- Ordinary and food conveyor belts: Minimum 3.0mm cover rubber thickness, 1.5mm lower cover rubber thickness
- Heat-resistant, cold-resistant, acid/alkali resistant, and oil-resistant conveyor belts: Minimum 4.5mm cover rubber thickness, 2.0mm lower cover rubber thickness
- Cover rubber thickness can be increased by 1.5mm based on specific use conditions
