OEM ODM Rubber Herringbone Pattern Conveyor Belt 500mm Width with 0-40° Inclination Angle
Patterned conveyor belts are inclined conveyor systems constructed with a patterned top cover rubber on the carrying side, smooth bottom cover rubber on the return side, and a load-bearing carcass. The belt surface features raised chevron patterns protruding above the belt body, available in both open and closed types with high, medium, and low profile specifications.
Features a distinctive "herringbone" pattern elevated above the belt body, available in open or closed configurations with high, medium, and low profiles.
Applications: Ideal for conveying powdery, granular, and small materials with inclination angles up to 40 degrees, as well as bagged materials.
Characterized by striped patterns elevated above the belt body, available in high, medium, and low profiles with sparse or dense spacing arrangements.
Applications: Suitable for horizontal transportation of packages with inclination angles up to 30 degrees. Can replace herringbone patterns when grooved.
Features grain patterns that are either elevated above or recessed into the belt body, with options for square holes, prismatic, or cloth patterns.
