The NN300 Flame Retardant Conveyor Belt is a black, solid-woven special conveyor belt engineered primarily for underground conveying in coal mines. It is equally suitable for material handling in metallurgical and chemical sectors.
This flame-retardant conveyor belt is available in two variants: PVC type and PVG type.

The service life of the belt body is determined by the following key factors:
- A dense belt core woven from warp and weft filaments and covering cotton spinning.
- Impregnation with a specially formulated PVC material to achieve extremely high bonding strength between the tape core and the cover rubber.
- A specially formulated cover rubber that makes the belt body resistant to impact, tearing, and abrasion.
The flame-retardant conveyor belt has excellent mechanical properties and can provide users with the longest service life and economical installation and use.
The flame-retardant conveyor belt adopts an integral belt core as the frame material. It is manufactured by dipping and coating with a PVC material that offers excellent anti-static and flame-retardant properties, followed by plasticizing.
