12mm Flame retardant conveyor belt NN300 Special Conveyor Belts

1. Concept

This product is mainly suitable for underground transportation in coal mines, and also for material transportation in metallurgical and chemical industries. The whole core flame retardant conveyor belt can be divided into PVC type and PVG type.
The upper and lower covering layers of the PVC type are all PVC cover rubber, and the single-sided adhesive is ≥0.8mm; the upper and lower covering layers of the PVG type are both nitrile rubber and PVC, and the single-sided thickness is 1.5mm-4.5mm. The transportation inclination angle of PVC conveyor belt is less than 16°, and the transportation inclination angle of PVG conveyor belt is less than 20°, which can be used for transportation in coal mines and underground.

2. Flame retardant performance

(1) The number of roller grinding: the surface temperature of the roller is not more than 325℃.

(2) Burning of the blowtorch: The average time for the full-thickness specimens to go to the blowtorch without flame is not more than 3.0S, and the average time to remove the cover layer is not more than 5.0S.

(3) Propane burning: non-destructive length greater than 250mm

3. Safety performance

The conveyor belt has passed the flame retardant test and electrostatic test and other tests, and obtained the certificate of coal safety mark and customer approval.

This product adopts the whole belt core as the skeleton material, and is made by dipping, coating and plasticizing PVC material with excellent antistatic and flame retardant properties.
