Applications of the Copper Plated CD Weld Pins

Copper plated CD weld pins are used for thermal insulation of a boiler in a power plant, which is used to fix the thermal insulation material. The nail is welded to the surface of the boiler in the power plant through a capacitive discharge welder, the thermal insulation material is installed on the welded nail, the thermal insulation material is fixed with self locking washers , and finally bent to cut off the excess nail tip, or locked on the top with a general cap to achieve protective effect.
