Specifications Of The Self-adhesive Stick Pins

1. Self-adhesive stick pins are easy to use and handle because it requires no tools or machines. 

2. It's suitable for steel or other smooth surfaces which should be clean and dry, free of dust, grease,

oil or any other loose matter.

3. Simply remove the release paper backing, place on the surface and impale the insulation over the pin.

4. The locking clip/washer is then pressed on to the pin to complete the final mechanical joint.

5. Bonding takes place immediately but full strength adherence is achieved after 24 hours.

Application Of The Self-adhesive Stick Pins

1. Install at ambient temperatures above 10° C (preferably between 15 and 25° C)
2. Surfaces should be clean and dry, free of dust, grease, oil and any other loose matter
3. Remove the protective release paper,taking care not to touch the adhesive
4. Place the stick pins in the required position and press the base against the surface to be

insulated
5. Insulation can be impaled immediately and firmly locked with fastening clips or washers,

but maximum strength of adherence is achieved after 24 hours
6. If necessary, cover the pin with a protective nylon cap
