Bulk Cement Trailer Features:

3 axle bulk cement trailer uses its own engine power to drive the on-board air compressor through the power

take-off, and sends the compressed air into the air chamber under the sealed tank through the pipeline to

suspend the cement in the fluidized bed into a fluid state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated

value, the discharge butterfly valve is opened, and the fluidized cement flows through the pipeline for delivery.

The bulk cement tanker trailer is suitable for the transportation and pneumatic discharge of powdered dry

materials such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, etc. whose particle diameter is not longer than 0.1mm.

When the vertical height of the discharge reaches 15m, the horizontal transportation distance can also reach 5m.

The design of the cement semi trailer’s fluidity bed in the tank is scientific and the layout is reasonable,

which can effectively shorten the discharge time, reaching 1.4t / min, which improves the volume utilization

rate of the tank and reduces the residual ash rate, which is 0.2%.
