Application

1) Thermal power plant: medium speed coal mill barrel lining plate, fan impeller socket shell, dust collector inlet flue, ash pipe, bucket turbine lining plate, separator connecting pipe, coal crusher lining plate, coal hopper and crusher lining plate, burner burner, coal hopper and hopper lining plate, air preheater support shield, separator guide blade. The above-mentioned parts do not have high requirements on the hardness and wear strength of the wear-resisting steel plate, and the wear-resisting steel plate with nM360/400 thickness of 6-10mm can be used.

2) coal yard: feeding trough and hopper lining, hopper bushing, fan blade, pushing machine bottom plate, cyclone dust collector, coke guide liner, ball mill lining, drill stabilizer, spiral feeder bell and base, kneading machine bucket lining, ring feeder, dump truck bottom plate. The working environment of coal yard is bad, and there are certain requirements on the corrosion resistance and wear resistance strength of wear-resisting steel plate. It is recommended to use the wear-resisting steel plate with nM400/450 HARDOX400 thickness of 8-26mm.

3) Cement plant: chute lining, end bushing, cyclone dust collector, powder separator blade and guide blade, fan blade and lining, recycling bucket lining, screw conveyor bottom plate, pipe assembly, frit cooling plate lining, conveying trough lining. These parts also need wear-resistant steel plates with better abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. Wear-resistant steel plates with 8-30mmD thickness of NM360/400 HARDOX400 can be used.

4) Loading machinery: unloading mill chain plate, hopper lining plate, grab blade plate, automatic dump truck dump plate, dump truck body. This requires wear-resisting steel plate with high wear-resisting strength and hardness. It is recommended to use wear-resisting steel plate with NM500 Hardox450/500 thickness of 25-45mm.

5) Mining machinery: ore, stone crusher lining plate, blade, conveyor lining plate, baffle. This type of component requires extremely high wear resistance and can be made of nM450/500 HARdox450/500 steel plate with thickness of 10-30mm.

6) Construction machinery: cement pusher tooth plate, concrete mixing floor, mixer lining board, dust collector lining board, brick machine mold board. Wear-resistant steel plates with nM360/400 thickness of 10-30mm are recommended.

7) Construction machinery: loader, bulldozer, excavator bucket plate, side blade plate, bucket bottom plate, blade, rotary digging drill pipe. This kind of machinery requires particularly tough and high wear resistance steel plate, available material NM500 Hardox500/550/600 thickness of 20-60mm high strength wear resistance steel plate.

8) Metallurgical machinery: iron ore sintering machine, conveying elbow, iron ore sintering machine lining plate, scraping machine lining plate. Because this kind of machinery needs high temperature resistance, strong hardness of wear-resisting steel plate. Therefore, it is recommended to use HARDOX600HARDOXHiTuf series wear-resisting steel plate.

9) Wear-resisting steel plate can also be used in sand mill barrel, blade, various goods yard, wharf machinery parts, bearing structural parts, railway wheel structural parts, roller and so on.
