The surface smoothness of stainless steel hot rolled plate is lower than that of cold rolled stainless steel plate, and the color is darker than that of cold rolled stainless steel plate.

The texture of stainless steel hot rolled plate is rough, the shape is not cold rolled rules, and sometimes the edge is not neat.
The difference between hot rolled stainless steel plate and cold rolled stainless steel plate can be attributed to the following points:
Stainless steel cold rolled sheet is cold rolled, no oxide surface, good quality. Stainless steel hot rolled plate is processed by hot rolling, the surface has oxide skin, plate thickness is lower.
Stainless steel hot rolled plate toughness and surface smoothness is poor, the price is lower, and stainless steel cold rolled plate extension is good, toughness, but the price is more expensive.
The rolling is divided into cold rolling and hot rolling, and the recrystallization temperature is the distinguishing point.
Cold rolling is generally used to produce strip with high rolling speed. The temperature of hot rolling is similar to that of forging.
