Q1: What's your payment terms?
A: Payments 30%TT deposit and 70% TT before delivery or L/C at sight. We will show you the photos of products and package before you pay the balance.

Q2: What is the terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU

Q3: Can you accept customize?
A: Yes. It can be customized as per the customers' request.


Q4: How about the MOQ? If my first order qty is small, will you accept?
A: We would like to do our best to support your trial order qty, so even 1 piece or 1 kg is okay to start cooperation; because we have confidence to move on second order with your esteemed company.

Q5: How to ensure the quality?
A: Mill Test Certificate is supplied with shipment. If needed, a Third Party Inspection is acceptable or SGS.

Q6: How can I get your quotation as soon as possible?
