Palm Oil Pressing Methods After Pretreatment
Our mechanical pressing method extracts oil and fat from oil materials using external mechanical force. Based on pressure intensity and oil extraction depth, we offer two primary methods:
Primary Pressing (Full Pressing)
This comprehensive extraction process maximizes oil yield from pressed materials, achieving residual oil content of just 3-5% in the final cake.
Pre-pressing Method
Extracts approximately 70% of available oil, leaving residual oil content of 15-18% in the cake. The pre-press cake is then processed through solvent leaching for complete oil recovery.

Complete Pressing Process
Before pressing, the germ undergoes steaming and frying to create mature germ. The crude oil from pressing contains crumbs that require desludging before refining. Our comprehensive process includes steaming, frying, pressing, and crude oil desludging stages.
